Delivery & Shipping

  • Please note that all jewellery in the Chunky and Life Path Collections are handmade to order, therefore please be aware of delivery times which are indicated for each product within the ‘Product Details’.
  • In addition, for any engraved items, please allow the following additional time:
    • Characters (Initials, Name, Date, Wording) – up to 7 working days from order being received.
    • Handwriting – up to 14 days from the date that we confirm receipt of usable handwriting scan.
    • Fingerprint(s) – up to 14 days from the date that we confirm receipt of usable fingerprints.
  • For all other Zoki Jewellery, we will dispatch items within a maximum of 48 hours from when payment has been received. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation, including a tracking number, when your product has been dispatched.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK - 3 OPTIONS 

  • Standard
    • We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, a secure 2-3 day delivery* service which requires a signature upon receipt.
    • £5 per order for orders under £100.
    • FREE for orders over £100.
    • Express
      • We use DPD or FedEx's next day delivery* service which requires a signature upon receipt.
      • £9 per order for orders under £200.
      • FREE for all orders over £200.

    DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPE 

    • Courier
      • We use DPD or FedEx's express delivery* service which requires a signature upon receipt.
      • £15 per order for orders under £500.
      • FREE for all orders over £500.

    DELIVERY WITHIN REST OF WORLD

    • Courier
      • We use DPD or FedEx's express delivery* service which requires a signature upon receipt.
      • £25 per order for orders under £1,000.
      • FREE for all orders over £1,000.

    * Please note that these delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date that the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
