- This website (online and mobile) is operated by Zoki Jewellery which is owned by Love Zoki Limited.
- At Love Zoki Limited, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients and site visitors.

This notice applies to any online and mobile website, application and digital service ("Services") of Love Zoki Limited ("Love Zoki", "we", "us" or "our"), as well as any information that we collect about you when you visit one of our stores in person.
It also describes your data protection rights, including a right to object to some of the processing which Love Zoki carries out (e.g. direct marketing).
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To process your orders and deliver your purchases we need your name and contact details as well as your payment information.
- We will not hold onto any payment details once a purchase has been made – for your security this information will need to be re-inputted by you if you make further purchases.
- We will collect the information you give us when you browse our site including your IP address and device type and, if you choose to share it with us, your location data, as well as how you use our website.
- We will anonymise personal information and aggregate it and use it to test our IT systems, research and develop our products, for data analysis and improving our site to give you a better experience.
- We will not, under any circumstances, sell any of your personal data to any third party.
- We do, however, need to share some of your data with the company we use to deliver your purchases, our website hosts and our payment providers such as Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal; and our professional advisors including lawyers and accountants; as well as companies approved by you such as social media sites should you choose to link your account to us.
- To help prevent and tackle fraud we may need to share information with credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies.
- Love Zoki Limited will advertise online to keep our clients aware of our new collections, promotional offers and other things going on at Zoki Jewellery.

- Love Zoki Limited is registered for Data Protection and your data is safeguarded in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
KEEPING HOLD OF YOUR INFORMATION
- We will hold onto your information for as long as you have your account with Zoki Jewellery or as long as is needed to be able to provide the services to you.
- As part of our work it may be necessary for us to retain and securely store sensitive information given to us by our clients for the purposes of creating bespoke jewellery.
- We will never share this information with anyone outside of Love Zoki Limited.
- It is our practice to retain this information for a reasonable period of time in case of repeat/replacement orders as requested by our clients.

- You have the rights to access the personal information we hold about you and you have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we have.
- You have the right to request that we delete your data, and / or stop direct marketing messages.
